Plume Moth

Look into your mind and you will likely find thoughts spinning round and round: going nowhere, accomplishing nothing.  In fact, if there was a clear scientific way to prove it, I would bet that most of our mental energy goes into the above mentioned kind of thinking – spinning thoughts – fearful fretting – must figure everything out kind of thinking.  All the while, God’s peace hovers over you, searching for a place to land.  Be still.  Give God permission to control your thoughts.  Receive peace.  Be aglow with being, at peace.
