Present Peace

Each day is a new day thanks to the Spirit within.  God's work in Christ is the prime example of God's continuing, creative, redeeming work among us – and despite us!

The Trinity gives language to our belief that God is not merely a historical God who performed mighty acts only in the Bible, but a God of power who gives us the power of peace in the present moment as well.

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you.”
