REST
REST in ME, God says to us. Give your mind a break from trying to anticipate what will happen. When we try to peer into the future and plan for every possibility, we sometimes overlook the constant Companion who sustains us moment by moment. Learning to REST is a daily discipline. May we never lose sight of God’s presence, all day, every day.
